Formalization of the contract and full payment

The lessor will confirm provisionally the validity of the reservation by e-mail when it should receive the request of reservation signed by the lodger together with a copy of the passport or of the card of identity.

The reservation will be confirmed definitely in writing having received the initial payment 3 days after having received the assertion of provisional reservation on the part of the lessor.

The final payment remembers contractualmente 42 days before the beginning of the rent.

In case of non-payment or re-planned payment the lessor has a right to have the property without notice on not having received the payment up to 3 days after the agreed dates. The initial sign will get lost in favour of the lessor.

Rescission

In case of cancellation of the lease on the part of the lodger the following quantities will load him:

Up to 75 30th % of the rent

On 74-43 50th % of the rent

42 or less 100 % of the rent

Payment

Without complete payment of the amount due the tenant has no right to

Responsibility:

Suspension of the Building
